We will get started on your order straight away to dispatch within 24 hours. But if the unexpected happens, we kindly ask our customers to allow up to 72 hours to gather your order and carefully prepare your items in our planet-friendly compostable packaging.
Orders placed after 5 p.m. Friday will be dispatched the next working day - usually Monday, unless it is a Bank Holiday.

Returns within the UK are free of charge. However, for returns outside the UK, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
We know that ordering online can be a bit worrying, especially if you have never ordered from that company. Because of this, we offer an easy returns process on eligible items on all orders.

Our top priority is to ensure the safe and proper use of our candles. We strongly recommend following the steps provided below.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Never burn a candle for longer than 4 hours at a time.

Burn candles out of reach of children and pets.

Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles.

Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire.

Light your candle for at least 3 hours initially to ensure an even, clean burn. This will prevent tunnelling and extend the candle's burn life.

Do not place candles in a draught.

Trim the wick to 5mm before lighting.

Always snuff out the candle. Do not blow out.

Keep the wax pool clear of matches and other debris to avoid flaring.

Discontinue use when the wax is down to 7mm.

Reuse or recycle your glass jar.
