Orders under £55:

£3.95 - Royal Mail Tracked 48 and should arrive 2-3 working days after dispatch.

£5.95 - Royal Mail Tracked 24 and should arrive 1-2 working days after dispatch.

We will get started on your order straight away to dispatch within 24 hours. But if the unexpected happens, we kindly ask our customers to allow up to 72 hours to gather your order and carefully prepare your items in our planet-friendly compostable packaging.

Returning your Item(s)

Free Returns within the UK

Returns within the UK are free of charge. However, for returns outside the UK, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We know that ordering online can be a bit worrying, especially if you have never ordered from that company. Because of this, we offer an easy returns process on eligible items on all orders.

Click the order you would like to request a return for.
If your item has more than one item, you can select the items you wish to return.
Select the return reason and add a note.
Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a Royal Mail Returns Postage Label with instructions on how to post your return to us.

Please ensure you post your item(s) back to us within 14 days of arranging the return, including your name and returns code within the parcel.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same perfect condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Complimentary gifts must also be returned.
Please note we cannot take responsibility for item(s) lost without proof of delivery, and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Candle Safety

Our top priority is to ensure the safe and proper use of our candles. We strongly recommend following the steps provided below.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Never burn a candle for longer than 4 hours at a time.

Burn candles out of reach of children and pets.

Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles.

Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire.
Light your candle for at least 3 hours initially to ensure an even, clean burn. This will prevent tunnelling and extend the candle's burn life.
